1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using HRD Forum (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are registering on behalf of a company or agency, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Account Roles

The Platform supports several account types, each with distinct obligations:

• Job Seekers register with an email and full name and receive platform-issued credentials.
• Employers register a company profile and are subject to administrator review before the account is approved and activated.
• Headhunters register a professional profile and are likewise subject to administrator approval before gaining full platform access.

Accounts pending approval may have limited functionality until an administrator completes review.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Temporary passwords issued at registration must be changed on first login. You must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Use the Platform to post discriminatory, fraudulent, or unlawful job listings.
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse candidate or company data outside of the Platform's intended workflows.
• Attempt to circumvent role-based access controls or admin approval processes.

5. Employer and Headhunter Verification

Employer and headhunter accounts are placed in a pending state upon registration and reviewed by an administrator prior to activation. HRD Forum reserves the right to reject, suspend, or terminate accounts that fail verification or violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, branding, and underlying technology, is the property of HRD Forum. Content you submit (such as your digital CV or company profile) remains yours, subject to the license you grant us to display it within the Platform for its intended purpose.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is." HRD Forum does not guarantee employment outcomes, candidate suitability, or the accuracy of information submitted by other users. Employers and headhunters are responsible for their own hiring decisions and compliance with applicable employment laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HRD Forum shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time, subject to our data retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
